RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Irahimadri, we take immense pride in creating high-quality, nature-inspired artwork, illustrations, and custom designs. Because of the delicate and bespoke nature of our products, our return and refund guidelines are structured as follows:

1. Custom Illustration Commissions

All sales and payments for custom design work, digital illustrations, and commissioned art suites are final.

  • Once creative work has commenced or final digital files are delivered, we cannot offer any refunds, cancellations, or exchanges due to the personalized nature of the service.

  • We work closely with our clients during the design iteration process to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision before delivery.

2. Physical Art Prints & Stationery

Because our art prints, bookmarks, and physical stationery products are made-to-order or produced in limited curation, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. Please review your order choices carefully before completing your checkout.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We pack our delicate prints and paper goods with the utmost care to ensure they reach you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

To claim a replacement for a damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery at irahimadri@gmail.com.

  2. Provide your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will process and ship a fresh replacement via our courier partner.

4. Cancellations

Orders for physical products can only be canceled if they have not yet been fulfilled or processed for shipment. Once a shipping label has been generated or the package has been handed over to our delivery partner, the order cannot be canceled.
