Shipping All orders are shipped via Delhivery within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Are there any additional charges at checkout? No. All prices include shipping and GST — what you see is what you pay. No hidden costs, ever.

Do you ship outside India? Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for Letters from the Studio to be notified.

How are paintings packaged? All paintings are carefully wrapped and packed to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Are the paintings originals or prints? Unless stated otherwise, all paintings are one-of-a-kind originals. Prints will be listed separately when available.

How do I care for my painting? Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp dusting cloth. Your painting should look as good as new.

How long do the clay pins last? With normal wear, they last well. Our pins are sealed under UV resin for durability — the artist has been wearing one daily for over a year with no issues.

Are the bookmarks waterproof? The bookmarks are laminated for protection and durability, making them resistant to everyday handling. We recommend keeping them away from prolonged exposure to water.

Is the gold leaf in the Soul Totems real? The pieces feature high-quality imitation gold leaf, chosen for its warm, luminous finish and lasting durability.

Can I commission a custom piece? Yes — custom orders are considered on a case by case basis. Visit our Custom Orders page to get in touch and share what you have in mind.

What is your return policy? Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. We do not accept returns but please contact us if there is an issue with your order, and we will do our best to make it right.
